Dream of a Ridiculous Man--Little Girl

Dream of a Ridiculous Man--Little Girl
Hey! I just completed my first audiobook! This is something I've been meaning to do for a long time, but I finally found the time, or made it. Fyodor Dostoyevsky's classic short story, "The Dream of a Ridiculous Man." Though it's a first try and not exactly perfect, I'm pleased with how it turned out. I'll be posting the whole thing online later. Here is one key part of the story, with a woodcut or etching from an old edition of the story printed long ago which depicts that scene. Pardon any jumpiness in my Ken Burns moving photograph effects--I was planning just to have the still photo on the screen the whole time, but because of the format it came out very small on screen, so I used the Ken Burns to show and enlarge some of the details. Note: my voice unfortunately only comes close to sounding good if it is listened to on equipment that picks up bass well. On such equipment, it can actually sound pretty good (I think). On equipment that does not pick up bass well, I sound ! like a bad telephone answering machine message or a tin-can-and-string telephone.

This is Heart on March 30, 2012 (day 36 of being on her feet). Heart is a 26 year old Morgan and she may have EPM. Heart is getting some exercise moving back and forth in her sling and she also went on a short walk on this day but it was too dark for video. Heart's back legs are wrapped because she's been having muscle cramps. Heart would raise her back leg up high when she was having a cramp and in the process rub off the fur on her leg when making contact with the sling.

Dolenz was born in Los Angeles California, the son of George Dolenz and Janelle Johnson, both of whom were Hollywood actors. In 1965, Dolenz was cast in the television sitcom The Monkees and became! the drummer and lead vocalist in the band created for the show. Micky said later that someone at Screen Gems forgot to contact his agent to inform him the series was picked up by NBC; he wound up learning about his new job by reading the announcement in Variety. He was not at that time a drummer. He needed lessons even to be able to mime credibly, but eventually was taught how to play properly. By the time The Monkees toured for real in late 1966, Dolenz was competent enough to play the drums himself ...
